My story
John began his career working as an attorney in the fields of Family Law and Civil Litigation for a local South Florida law firm, where he guided his clients in contentious divorces and child custody disputes, and handled all kinds of civil disputes. He took on the City of Miami in civil forfeiture proceedings, fought car dealerships which deceptively sold cars to its customers, and counseled local individuals and businesses through their contractual disputes with others.
He then continued his career by defending some of the largest insurance companies in Florida in both State and Federal Court, where he concentrated on first-party property damage, and liability insurance claims. John gained the insight as to how insurance companies value their claims and the common defense strategies they use prior to and through trial. He has defended insurance carriers in hundreds of cases involving property damage to houses throughout the state of Florida, and dozens of cases involving personal injuries, negligent security, and premises liability.
John has experience on both sides of the spectrum in personal injury and premises liability cases, and has also represented innocent bystanders of shootings in malls and housing complexes. He has fought for his clients that were injured in car accidents, motorcycle accidents, and that fell over uncleaned spills in malls and grocery stores.
John is licensed to practice in all State Courts throughout Florida, and Federal Courts in both the Southern District of Florida and Middle District of Florida.
